Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field
- Experience in automotive systems, propulsion or embedded control systems preferred
- Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262Road Vehicles - Functional Safety. Automotive functional safety standard defining ASILAutomotive Safety Integrity Level (A to D) under ISO 26262, derived from severity, exposure, and controllability. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Advanced engineering degree
- Experience in powertrain systems (ICE, hybrid, electrified)
- Experience with diagnostic development, calibration tools, or validation (HiL)
- Familiarity with Agile, ASPICE, or AUTOSAR
- Experience working with suppliers and global regulatory processes
