Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electronic hardware development, preferably in aerospace, aviation, or defense industries.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating engineering teams developing airborne electronic hardware.
- Strong experience in analog and digital circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB development.
- Experience with power electronics hardware, including switching devices, gate drivers, protection circuits, or high-voltage control electronics.
- Experience with battery management systems, high-voltage monitoring electronics, electric propulsion systems, SSPCs, or inverter electronics is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with electronic design automation tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics.
- Knowledge of aerospace electronic development standards such as DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD-461, or related qualification frameworks is beneficial.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills in multidisciplinary engineering environments.
- Ability to manage complex technical tasks while supporting project schedules and engineering milestones.
- Fluent English language skills are essential; German language skills are beneficial.
