Critical Systems Analysis, LLC operates the CSA website, FSTalent, and RobotRisk. This policy explains what we collect when you use those sites and why.

Information you submit

CSA forms collect contact details and request context for quotes, calls, training, hiring, partner applications, SecureShare access, page-email requests, and template downloads. FSTalent forms collect employer posting details, job alert preferences, job-link requests, and template-download details. RobotRisk collects email addresses and alert preferences for subscriptions.

How we use it

We use submissions to respond, schedule meetings, deliver downloads, send requested links or alerts, review job postings, and follow up on business requests. Email subscriptions use double opt-in where configured, and every marketing or alert email should include an unsubscribe option.

Where submissions go

Submissions are stored with Cloudflare services and tracked as GitHub issues for follow-up by Critical Systems Analysis. HubSpot Meetings may process scheduling details when you book through an embedded meeting form. FSTalent uses LinkedIn and other public job postings as source material for job pages and genericised templates.

Cookies and tracking

These sites do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. The public builds use first-party scripts for site behavior, form submission, chart rendering, and browser error reporting to the CSA monitor worker when configured; FSTalent also loads HubSpot's meeting embed on the Post a job page when a meeting link is configured.

Retention

We keep form submissions and follow-up records only as long as needed for the request, business relationship, legal obligations, and abuse prevention, then delete or archive them under owner-controlled retention processes.
